Do the different schemes of evolution occur concurrently or one after the other?

Vulcan scheme of evolution is much more advanced compared to Earth scheme while Neptune scheme is lagging behind. Why is this so? Is it that these schemes occur one after the other? Does each scheme take the same/similar amount of time to complete one globe/round/chain? Given that the Venus scheme is very advanced, where is the human kingdom of this scheme? When was it last materialized? When will it materialize again?
Any holistic explanation on this whole matter would be much appreciated.

All the seven (or ten) Schemes of Evolution mentioned in the book, are evolving concurrently. In whta stage of evolution they are at present has been summarised in page 252 of Part 1: The Hidden Side of Life. This obviously implies that they did not begin together, with the Venus Scheme being the oldest (most evolved) out of the Seven Schemes.
